Als Senior Transport Specialist krijg je een centrale rol in het optimaliseren van internationale transportstromen, het onderhandelen met logistieke partners en het versterken van een performante supply chain binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over nationale en internationale transportstromen via lucht-, zee- en wegtransport.
  • Je maakt het verschil door te onderhandelen met transporteurs, leveranciers en logistieke partners over tarieven en contractvoorwaarden.
  • Je analyseert transportkosten, prestaties en marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete optimalisaties.
  • Je bewaakt een vlotte operationele opvolging van transporten, facturatie en transportmodaliteiten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met logistiek, aankoop, operations en finance en ondersteunt bij douanegerelateerde vraagstukken
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma en 5–10 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over grondige kennis van lucht-, zee- en wegtransport en hebt kennis van douanedocumenten.
  • Je bent sterk in onderhandelen en hebt ervaring met leveranciers- en contractbeheer.
  • Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en zet data om in duidelijke beslissingen.
  • Je werkt hands-on en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
