Jobomschrijving

Als Senior Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging en optimalisatie van transportactiviteiten. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je snel te schakelen, prioriteiten te stellen en collega's te ondersteunen bij complexe planningsuitdagingen.

  • Je stelt efficiënte transportplanningen op voor eigen chauffeurs en externe transportpartners en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse transportstromen en stuurt actief bij bij wijzigingen, vertragingen of onverwachte operationele situaties.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met chauffeurs, klanten en interne afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je verwerkt transportdocumenten correct en zorgt voor een accurate administratieve opvolging van alle transportopdrachten.
  • Je analyseert operationele knelpunten, formuleert verbetervoorstellen en draagt bij aan een efficiëntere werking van de transportafdeling.
  • Je neemt een ondersteunende en coachende rol op binnen het team en deelt actief jouw expertise met collega's.

Als Senior Transportplanner ben je een ervaren planner die energie haalt uit het organiseren, coördineren en optimaliseren van logistieke processen. Daarbij combineer je een sterk analytisch vermogen met een pragmatische aanpak.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen transportplanning of logistieke coördinatie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook onder druk.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en planningssoftware.
  • Je combineert een teamgerichte houding met de nodige daadkracht.
  • Je bent bereid in ploegen en weekends te werken.
