In deze A-tot-Z rol ben jij de tactische en operationele regisseur die de dagelijkse transportpuzzel naadloos in elkaar laat grijpen. Je bent het directe aanspreekpunt voor het gehele logistieke proces en tilt de benuttingsgraad van het wagenpark naar een hoger niveau.

  • Je puzzelt de meest efficiënte routes in elkaar voor het volledige wagenpark, waarbij je lege kilometers tot een minimum beperkt door ritten slim te combineren.
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt onderhoud je nauwe contacten met leveranciers en derden om alle leveringen vlekkeloos en volgens afspraak te laten verlopen.
  • Je reageert razendsnel op onvoorziene wijzigingen en inkomende oproepen, waarbij je met een gezonde dosis commerciële flair de planning altijd weer sluitend krijgt.
  • Het bewaken van de laad- en lostijden op diverse locaties behoort tot je routine, zodat de chauffeurs exact weten waar ze aan toe zijn en onnodige wachttijden worden vermeden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de site manager om de operationele processen op de verschillende locaties continu onder de loep te nemen en te verbeteren.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen de wereld van transportplanning, waardoor je de sector en de noden van de chauffeurs door en door kent.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een stressbestendige communicator die zich moeiteloos uit de slag trekt in het Nederlands en Engels. Je trekt je uit de slag in het Frans en Duits.
  • Analytisch inzicht en een proactieve werkhouding zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend om de dagelijkse logistieke uitdagingen tot een goed einde te brengen.
