Jouw rol als Transportplanner Frankrijk

Als Transport Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning en opvolging van onze ritten naar Frankrijk. Geen dag is hetzelfde, wat zorgt voor een gezonde dosis afwisseling.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je plant en optimaliseert de groupagezendingen en volle vrachten met Frankrijk als hoofdbestemming.
  • Je communiceert dagelijks met chauffeurs, Franstalige partners, onderaannemers en onze customer service om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je anticipeert op onvoorziene omstandigheden en stuurt bij waar nodig (files, vertragingen, spoedopdrachten).
  • Je administratieve opvolging is nauwkeurig, zodat alle vrachtdocumenten en systemen perfect in orde zijn.

De logistieke wereld staat nooit stil. We zoeken daarom iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat en stressbestendig is.

  • Opleiding of ervaring: Je hebt een logistieke opleiding afgerond óf je hebt al een mooie eerste ervaring opgedaan in een soortgelijke transportfunctie.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Frans (essentieel voor het contact met Franse chauffeurs en partners) evenals in het Engels.
  • Competenties: Je bent flexibel ingesteld, denkt in oplossingen en kan je mannetje staan in een uitdagende, hectische omgeving.
  • Het 'puzzel-gen': Je vindt het een sport om de planning elke dag weer zo efficiënt en rendabel mogelijk rond te krijgen.
