Wil jij jouw planningservaring inzetten binnen internationaal transport?

Voor een groeiende speler binnen internationaal transport in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Senior Transportplanner. Het bestaande team van vier planners krijgt versterking door verdere groei van de activiteiten.

Als Senior Transportplanner neem je een belangrijke rol op in de dagelijkse transportplanning richting Frankrijk en Zuid-Europa. Je combineert operationele planning met intensief contact met chauffeurs, partners en magazijnverantwoordelijken. Daarbij krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over zowel eigen capaciteit als externe transportpartners.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De inbound transportplanning voor Zuid-Europa coördineer je dagelijks, waarbij Frankrijk een belangrijk deel van de planning vertegenwoordigt
  • Ongeveer 35 eigen chauffeurs stem je af op externe chauffeurs en vaste onderaannemers voor een vlotte uitvoering van de transportopdrachten
  • Zowel deelpartijen als volle vrachten voor import en export organiseer en bewaak je via de transportplanningsoftware en Samsara
  • Intensief contact met chauffeurs, Zuid-Europese partners en magazijnverantwoordelijken zorgt ervoor dat instructies en wijzigingen snel bij de juiste partijen terechtkomen
  • Tekortkomingen signaleer je proactief aan het hoofd expeditie, je formuleert verbetervoorstellen en bezorgt relevante feedback aan customer care met aandacht voor de geldende IFS-richtlijnen
  • Een relevant logistiek diploma is geen absolute vereiste wanneer je voldoende relevante transportervaring kunt voorleggen
  • Ongeveer 5 jaar relevante ervaring vormt een sterke basis voor deze functie als Senior Transportplanner
  • Vlotte kennis van Excel is noodzakelijk, terwijl voorafgaande ervaring met specifieke planningsoftware of Samsara niet vereist is
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels is belangrijk, met Frans als cruciale werktaal; communicatieve vaardigheden, stressbestendigheid en analytisch inzicht vullen jouw profiel aan
