Onze opdrachtgever is onderdeel van een internationale organisatie binnen de reiswereld, met een sterke aanwezigheid in België en meerdere kantoren verspreid over het land. De organisatie heeft een gevestigde naam binnen zakelijke reizen en bouwt daarnaast verder aan haar dienstverlening voor particuliere klanten.

  • stel je volledig op maat gemaakte leisure reizen samen;
  • adviseer en inspireer je klanten over bestemmingen, routes, accommodaties en bijzondere reiservaringen;
  • boek je onder andere vluchten, hotels, rondreizen, cruises en andere reisproducten;
  • werk je samen met airlines, touroperators, brokers, DMC's, hotels en andere partners;
  • begeleid je klanten persoonlijk en bouw je langdurige relaties met hen op;
  • zorg je ervoor dat ook complexe reisvragen praktisch en administratief tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn;
  • handel je wijzigingen, annuleringen en onverwachte situaties professioneel af;
  • adviseer je over reisformaliteiten, bestemmingen en mogelijke risico's;
  • herken je commerciële mogelijkheden bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten;
  • krijg je ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van de leisure dienstverlening;
  • maak je slim gebruik van digitale tools, social media en AI om je dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.
  • ervaring binnen leisure travel heeft;
  • een brede kennis heeft van bestemmingen en de internationale reismarkt;
  • ervaring heeft met GDS en andere reservatiesystemen;
  • vertrouwd is met touroperators, DMC's, brokers en andere leveranciers;
  • relevante reiswetgeving kent en weet hoe je die in de praktijk toepast;
  • sterk is in persoonlijk advies en klanten echt kan meenemen in zijn of haar verhaal;
  • commerciële opportuniteiten herkent zonder het persoonlijke karakter van de dienstverlening uit het oog te verliezen;
  • vlot communiceert in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • nieuwsgierig is naar technologie, digitale communicatie en AI;
  • zelfstandig kan werken en graag verantwoordelijkheid krijgt.
