Als Senior Uitvoerder Hoogspanningsstations in de omgeving van Maasbracht werk je samen met ervaren collega's aan uitdagende projecten in Nederland. Hierbij draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Van renovaties tot nieuwbouwstations, je speelt een sleutelrol in de realisatie hiervan. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt op locatie, een klankbord voor vakmensen en zorg je voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen teams. Door jouw leiderschap en communicatie behaal je samen de beste resultaten. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die beschikt over: - Een afgeronde technische opleiding, minimaal op mbo-niveau 4 of werkervaring equivalent aan dit niveau. - Ervaring als uitvoerder binnen infrastructurele projecten of hoogspanningsstations (of een soortgelijke omgeving) - Gedegen kennis van veiligheidseisen en kwaliteitsnormen in de sector. - Het vermogen om projecten en teams succesvol te begeleiden en te motiveren. - Een flinke dosis initiatief en oplossingsgericht denken. Overtuig ons niet alleen met jouw ervaring, maar ook met jouw enthousiasme en gedrevenheid om samen impact te maken.
