Als Senior Uitvoerder Infra ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel en veilig laten verlopen van werkzaamheden op diverse bouwplaatsen. Je geeft leiding aan een team, bewaakt de planning en financiën, en zorgt voor de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en duurzaamheidsnormen. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende infraprojecten in Zuid-Nederland, waarbij je gebruikmaakt van moderne digitale hulpmiddelen. Naast het aansturen van het team en het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, verzorg je ook de administratieve taken en de voorbereiding van projecten. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt op locatie en weet op een praktische manier verbinding te leggen binnen het bouwteam. Je werkt zowel buiten op de bouwplaats als binnen in de keet, waar je samen met je team werkt aan projecten die bijdragen aan de toekomst van de regio. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in de infrastructuur. - Sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht. - Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om overzicht te houden. - Stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en professioneel in het aanpakken van uitdagingen. - Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Civiele Techniek. - Bekendheid met verschillende soorten infraprojecten.
