Senior Vastgoedmanager Voor een woningcorporatie in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Vastgoedmanager voor 32 - 36 uur per week voor vast in loondienst. Vast 32 - 36 uur Noord-Holland Bedrijfsprofiel JIJ werkt samen voor de buurt Elke ochtend worden zo'n 80.000 mensen wakker in een huis van van deze woningcorporatie. In Amsterdam, Diemen, Landsmeer, Purmerend of Zaanstad. Midden in hun eigen buurt - soms gezellig, soms een tikje uitdagend. En elke dag zet JIJ je samen met zo'n 550 collega's in om die bewoners een fijn thuis te geven. En dat doe jij nooit alleen, maar samen met heel veel collega's en partners. We hebben een mooie en ambitieuze opgave. En JIJ zet daarvoor jouw creativiteit, denk- én daadkracht in. Er is volop ruimte om initiatief te nemen, om jouw ideeën tot leven te brengen en jezelf te laten zien en te blijven ontwikkelen. Op ons kantoor hangt een open sfeer. Ondernemers, maatschappelijke voorzieningen, zorglocaties en parkeeroplossingen dragen bij aan leefbare buurten waar mensen prettig kunnen wonen, werken en ontmoeten. Als Senior Vastgoedmanager van ons bedrijfsmatig vastgoed ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van een veelzijdige vastgoedportefeuille met BOG, MOG, ZOG en parkeerplaatsen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze portefeuille optimaal presteert en aansluit bij de behoeften van bewoners, ondernemers en maatschappelijke partners.
