(senior) Vergunningverlener Grondwater De ODZOB is op zoek naar een (senior) Vergunningverlener Grondwater - Detachering via YER Grondwater verdient onze zorg, voldoende en schoon grondwater is van levensbelang voor mens, dier en plant. In Noord-Brabant is het de bron voor ons drinkwater, tegelijkertijd is grondwater ook één van de antwoorden in de energietransitie. Identificeer je jezelf met deze opgave? Spreekt het je aan het belang van grondwater een plaats te geven binnen de verschillende maatschappelijke thema's gezondheid, klimaatadaptatie, economie en duurzaamheid? Heb je interesse in de ontwikkeling van bodemenergie en het werken in een team aan een adequaat en robuust watersysteem met de partners in het gebied? Heb je affiniteit met vergunningverlening en word je enthousiast om samen met partijen een proces tot een goed einde te brengen, dan zoeken wij jou. Wat ga je doen? Als (senior) Vergunningverlener Grondwater ben je belast met de behandeling van de aanvragen voor grondwateronttrekkingen, open bodemenergiesystemen en het toetsen van meldingen voor de Interim Omgevingsverordening Noord-Brabant (onderdeel grondwater). Je voert (voor-)overleg met de initiatiefnemers van deze projecten en je borgt de zorgvuldigheid die nodig is in het kader van de Awb-procedures, de Waterwet en m.e.r.-beoordelingen. Je houdt rekening met de belangen van ruimtelijke ordening, water, natuur(ontwikkeling), bodem en die van de initiatiefnemer en omwonenden. Samen met de toezichthouder borg je het monitoringstraject bij de vergunningen Waterwet, waaronder het beoordelen van de Plannen van Aanpak en evaluatieonderzoeken. Een goede afstemming met adviseurs uit de betrokken beleidsvelden is daarbij van groot belang. De vergunningverlener overlegt met juristen, toezichthouders, specialisten en andere overheden om tot een goed gewogen besluit te komen.
