provinciehuis in Arnhem Senior Vergunningverlener N2000 (2x) Functie omschrijving Functie Titel: Senior vergunningverlener N2000 Als senior vergunningverlener werk je in een multidisciplinair team aan complexe vergunningaanvragen, met een sterke focus op stikstofvraagstukken en maatschappelijke projecten. Je voert reguliere werkzaamheden uit onder leiding en toezicht van de teammanager Vergunningverlening en bent het eerst aanspreekpunt binnen en buiten het team. Wat ga je doen? - Voeren van (voor)overleg met initiatiefnemers, planbegeleiders en ecologische adviseurs. - Beoordelen en besluiten over complexe vergunningaanvragen tijdig en met hoge kwaliteit, met nadruk op stikstofdossiers en gevoelige maatschappelijke projecten. - Ontwikkelen van beleid en vereenvoudigingen in samenwerking met Programmering, het IPO en doelgroepen. - Opstellen van strategische beleidsadviezen over stikstof en maatschappelijke kwesties voor ambtelijke top en Gedeputeerde Staten. - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van de Gelderse beleidsregels stikstof en de bijbehorende monitoringssystemen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en zorgen voor vlotte communicatie met andere overheden, interne afdelingen en externe partners. - Coachen en begeleiden van junioren, kennisdelen en bewaken van werkprocessen en werkvoorraad. Werktijden en locatie Uren: 28 tot 36 uur per week. Werklocatie: Maximale fysieke aanwezigheid op het provinciehuis in Arnhem. Hybride werken is mogelijk, maximaal één dag per week. Dinsdag is de vaste kantoordag van team Vergunningverlening. Randvoorwaarde Je maakt deel uit van het team Vergunningverlening, neemt deel aan teamoverleggen en werkt onder hiërarchische aansturing binnen de lijnorganisatie. Je levert een bijdrage aan het functioneren van het team en de voortgang van de werkvoorraad.
