Een centraal onderdeel is de realisatie van circa 950 autoparkeerplaatsen, waarvan ongeveer 200 openbaar toegankelijk, binnen een compacte stedelijke context. Om de openbare ruimte te beschermen en een hoogwaardig voetgangersgebied te waarborgen, wordt één centrale ondergrondse parkeerverbinding ontworpen: een toegangsweg van ca. 165 m vanaf de middenberm van de Brede Hilledijk naar een ondergrondse rotonde. Vanaf die rotonde zijn vijf parkeergarages bereikbaar; één is in gebruik, één in aanbouw en drie moeten nog worden gerealiseerd. Het huidige SO is door DVP en het Ingenieursbureau/Mobiliteit doorontwikkeld; de volgende stap is het uitwerken van dit SO naar een integraal VO, waarvoor een (senior) verkeerskundig ontwerper wordt gezocht. Vereist profiel - Senior verkeerskundig ontwerper met aantoonbare ervaring in complexe stedelijke projecten en parkeervoorzieningen. - Sterke vakinhoudelijke ontwerpvaardigheden en ruime praktische kennis van verkeersontwerp en mobiliteitsafwegingen. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; je schakelt makkelijk met disciplines, ontwikkelaars, belangenorganisaties en inwoners. - Geduldig, secuur en nauwkeurig met oog voor detail, en tegelijk flexibel qua werktijden en samenwerking. - Oplossingsgericht en besluitvaardig; je weegt verschillende belangen af en realiseert daadkrachtig passende resultaten. - Ervaring met regionale en gemeentelijke procedures en het werken binnen een complex stakeholderveld is een pré. - Standplaats/regio: Nederland, Gemeente Rotterdam - cluster SO CONSTRUCTION.
