Je voert zelfstandig uitdagende verkoopgesprekken en blijft jezelf ontwikkelen. Ook help je collega's met tips en feedback om elke dag beter te worden. - Je stelt slimme vragen en geeft klanten persoonlijk en compleet advies. - Je lost complexe klantvragen op en weet ook bij twijfel tot een passende keuze te komen. - Je kent je verkoopresultaten en onderneemt zelf actie om je targets te verbeteren. - Je bent een voorbeeld voor collega's en geeft hen tips en feedback. - Je deelt je productkennis en helpt collega's met nieuwe systemen en werkwijzen. - Je ziet waar de winkel of klantreis beter kan en komt meteen in actie. - Je blijft jezelf ontwikkelen in nieuwe producten en verkooptechnieken. Wat je krijgt - Een salaris van € 17,00 - € 18,15 bruto per uur. Dat betekent een maandloon van €2946,- tot €3146,- bruto per maand bij 40 uur, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring. - Elk jaar een salarisstap, 8% vakantiegeld, pensioen en reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km. - Een contract van 7 maanden met vaste uren en 29 vakantiedagen per jaar. - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Teamleider of zelfs een functie op het hoofdkantoor. - Korting op alles wat we verkopen. - Een ongekend goede werksfeer met toffe teamactiviteiten.
