Jouw rol Als oproepmedewerker binnen het Universitair Centrum Psychiatrie (UCP) heb je de unieke kans om flexibel te werken op verschillende afdelingen. Je hebt zelf de zeggenschap op het aannemen van diensten. Je kunt rekenen op een afwisselend en uitdagend takenpakket. Je draagt bij aan de zorg en begeleiding van onze patiënten en werkt binnen een multidisciplinair team waarin samenwerking en betrokkenheid centraal staan. Stemmingsstoornissen, open en gesloten setting Je werkt met patiënten met depressieve klachten. Je geeft onderdelen van de groepstherapie die vooral gebaseerd is op cognitieve gedragstherapie. Medisch Psychiatrische Unit (MPU), open setting Bij de MPU werk je met patiënten met psychiatrische klachten in combinatie met lichamelijke problematiek of met patiënten die ouder zijn dan 60 jaar. De psychiatrische problematiek van de patiënten is divers. Je houdt van de verscheidenheid en hebt affiniteit met somatische zorg. Crisisopname, gesloten setting Je zorgt voor patiënten die tijdelijk de regie over hun leven kwijt zijn. Patiënten kunnen een crisismaatregel opgelegd hebben gekregen. Je werkt graag herstelondersteunend en draagt bij aan het zo snel mogelijk de regie weer in handen geven van de patiënt. Je houdt van variatie en onvoorspelbaarheid. Om een optimaal behandelklimaat te scheppen, werk je op alle afdelingen samen met collega verpleegkundigen, sociotherapeutisch medewerkers, artsen, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers en andere (vak)therapeuten.
