Als Senior Versmedewerker Brood werk je op de broodafdeling. Je wordt een specialist op het gebied van brood en kunt er van alles over vertellen. Je bent een echte broodkenner, zo weet je bijvoorbeeld precies welk brood glutenvrij en koolhydraat-arm is. Klanten verwachten van jouw productkennis en het beste advies, geserveerd met een brede glimlach ??. In je dagelijks werk zorg je voor het opstarten en afsluiten van je afdeling. Het ene moment beantwoord je een vraag van een klant, het andere moment bak je verse broodjes af en zorg je dat er voldoende vers (gesneden) brood klaarligt voor de klanten. Samen met de Manager Vers kijk je wekelijks naar de bonusartikelen. Moeten deze extra worden bijbesteld en waar kunnen klanten deze artikelen in de winkel vinden? 'Jouw' producten moeten natuurlijk goed voor de dag komen! Voor deze functie moet je het leuk vinden om mensen te helpen en om alles over jouw producten te weten. Je werkt in een leuk team en je zal zien dat veel van je collega's ook vrienden van je worden. Je kunt deze baan ook uitstekend als bijbaan doen, bijvoorbeeld naast je school of studie. Jouw rooster is flexibel en plan je in overleg met je manager, uiteraard kun je ook af en toe een shift ruilen met een collega als dat beter uitkomt. Voor deze functie moet je minimaal 16 jaar oud zijn. Wat ga je verdienen? Je salaris wordt bepaald aan de hand van de CAO. Als je 12 uur of minder per week werkt, ontvang je een all-in uurloon. Als je 13 uur of meer (maximaal 40) werkt per week, ontvang je een uurloon aan de hand van de CAO en heb je recht op vakantie- of adv-uren.
