Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Verzorgende IG, EVV met coachende kwaliteiten die in staat is om de kwaliteit van zorg naar een hoger niveau te brengen. In deze functie coach en begeleid je het team in methodisch werken en ondersteun je bij het verbeteren en borgen van werkprocessen. Omdat je ook deels uitvoerend in de zorg werkt, kun jij het team als geen ander vanuit de ervaring in de praktijk coachen bij veranderingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de locatiemanager en EVV'ers, evalueert bestaande processen en levert een actieve bijdrage aan verdere kwaliteitsontwikkeling op de locatie. Wat ga je doen? Je verzorgt, verpleegt en begeleidt onze bewoners, ook in de nacht volgens het zorgleefplan waarbij de regie in handen ligt van onze bewoners. Concreet draag je bij onze bewoners zorg voor: -O ndersteuning bij somatische problemen, met [of zonder] psychosociale zorg. Denk hierbij aan bewoners die angstig zijn om te gaan slapen. - H et bieden van een luisterend oor. -D e verzorging en het welbevinden aan de hand van het zorgleefplan. - H et verrichten van verpleegtechnische handelingen, waar jij bevoegd en bekwaam voor bent of bereid bent deze te leren. -Je signaleert wijzigingen in het gedrag van de bewoners, rapporteert e...
