Deine Aufgaben

>> Beratung & Konzeptionierung - Analyse und Design innovativer Virtual Workplace Lösungen

>> Technische Implementierung - Umsetzung und Betreuung von Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 & Citrix

>> Projektmanagement - Verantwortung für Planung, Umsetzung & Dokumentation von Migrationsprojekten

>> Workshops & Schulungen - Durchführung technischer Workshops für Kunden und Teams

>> Support & Weiterentwicklung - 2nd & 3rd Level Support, sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kundenumgebungen

>> Performance-Optimierung - Feinanalyse und Performance-Tuning für Remote Desktop Lösungen

>> Virtual Workplace Services - Implementierung und Betrieb von FSLogix, Windows RDS, Citrixv.m.

Dein Profil

>> Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

>> Erfahrung mit Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Windows 365 & Azure Virtual Desktop

>> Technisches Know-how in Remote Desktop Lösungen (RDS, Citrix, FSLogix)

>> Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung

>> Kommunikationsstärke & analytisches Denkvermögen

>> Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung & Zertifizierungen

>> Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte in Österreich & Deutschland
