Samen met je collega's de visie van onze productielijn uitdragen, sparren met DevOps teams en samen met je collega's ervoor zorgen dat er altijd betrouwbare backups voor handen zijn. Op onze locatie in Driebergen hebben we ruimte voor een nieuwe collega binnen het Virtualisatie team. Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's van de Infrastructuur beheer je de apparatuur en systemen waarop de Apps/Data staan die de duizenden politiemensen tijdens hun werk gebruiken. In ons datacenter werken we met enterprise systemen van diverse merken zoals VMware, HPe, Dell/EMC, NetApp en Commvault. We werken in drie Agile teams: een storage team, een back-up & restore team en een virtualisatie team, maar we vormen één afdeling. Input bij het scrum/agile proces wordt van jou verwacht. We zoeken een ervaren VMware specialist die wil helpen aan het ontwikkelen, bouwen en migreren van een nieuw Virtualisatie Platform. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden op een rij: - Monitoring van systemen en uitvoeren van health checks, analyses en verbeteringen - Coördinatie van incidenten, problem- en performance-analyses en het doorvoeren van oplossingen - Uitwerken en uitvoeren van standaard/maatwerk changes, gebaseerd op capaciteit, lifecycle of hardening vraagstukken, uitgevoerd volgens ITIL - Als één van de leidende engineers VCF 9 implementeren - Meedraaien in Piket Development - Als teamlid meewerken in grotere trajecten zoals LCM, capaciteitsuitbreiding en/of vernieuwing, van roadmap tot oplevering - Onderdelen van het design voor je rekening nemen - Rapportage over de infrastructuur maken en verbeteren - Algemene verbeteringen voorstellen, uitwerken en implementeren - Security en risico's inventariseren en managen Waar ga je werken?
