In het kort: Je gaat medewerkers op locatie ondersteunen bij technische problemen, IT-systemen en software installeren en onderhouden, de CMDB bijhouden en als visitekaartje van de IT-organisatie optreden met tweedelijns ondersteuning bij incidenten. Opdracht / Achtergrond: Je komt te werken bij de Informatievoorziening Openbaar Ministerie (IVOM). Het OM bouwt aan een toekomstbestendige en duurzame ICT- en informatievoorziening. Ter vervanging van een langdurig zieke medewerker zoeken we een Senior Werkplekondersteuner. Werkzaamheden: - Ondersteunen van medewerkers op locatie bij technische problemen (mobiele telefoon, iPad, laptop, printers en kantoorwerkplek). - Installeren en onderhouden van IT‑systemen en software; zorg dragen voor een veilige IT‑omgeving en technische ondersteuning. - Sekuur en actueel bijhouden van de CMDB. - Optreden als visitekaartje van de IT‑organisatie binnen het OM en professioneel contact onderhouden met verschillende doelgroepen. - Snel nieuwe materie eigen maken en waar nodig optreden als tweede‑lijns technical support bij incident- en probleemoplossing. Over de klant: Het OM is belast met de strafrechtelijke handhaving van de rechtsorde en heeft daartoe het gezag over de opsporing van strafbare feiten. Er wordt daarbij samengewerkt met politie en andere opsporingsdiensten. Het OM kan daarnaast als enige instantie in Nederland bepalen of iemand voor de strafrechter moet verschijnen, en zo ja, voor welk strafbaar feit. Ook kan het OM zelf strafbare feiten afdoen zonder tussenkomst van een rechter door middel van een strafbeschikking. Het OM heeft een zelfstandige IV‐organisatie genaamd ‘IVOM’, IVOM heeft als doel de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening vanuit IT, en de sturing op de Informatievoorziening (IV), onder één dak te brengen én te verbeteren. Het IVOM bestaat uit de voormalige OM-onderdelen Domein IT (DVOM) en CIO-office (PaG) en valt onder aansturing van de Directeur IV. De directeur IVOM rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het Coll.
