Voor een groeiend bouwbedrijf zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider die houdt van regelen, schakelen en samen bouwen aan iets moois. Klinkt dit als jouw volgende uitdaging? Waar ga je werken? Een familiair bedrijf met zo'n 150 collega's in totaal. De ambitie ligt niet zozeer in de groei van het bedrijf, maar meer in de groei van kwaliteit van bouwen voor de mensen die het gebruiken. Daarmee realiseren ze al jaren een omzetgroei hoger dan de capaciteitsgroei. Ze organiseren regelmatig uitjes met z'n allen en ze hebben gezondheid van medewerkers hoog in het vaandel staan. Wil je met de fiets of hardlopend komen en voor het werk nog even douchen? Geen probleem! In dit fantastisch mooie nieuwe kantoor kan dat gewoon. Wat ga je doen? Voor deze vacature zoeken we eigenlijk 2 nieuwe collega's, voor 2 projecten. Het ene project betreft de bouw van woningen en appartementen gecombineerd met winkels, een parkeergarage en kantoren; een project van bijna 90 miljoen euro. Het andere project betreft de bouw van een hotel, gecombineerd met 20 appartementen. Na het realiseren hiervan zul je natuurlijk worden ingezet op een ander gaaf project, afhankelijk van wat er op dat moment speelt en waar je voorkeur naar uit gaat. Voor wat betreft de functie; het is een veelzijdige functie, waarbij je van begin tot eind betrokken bent bij de projecten. Denk hierbij aan de volgende taken. - Opstellen en bewaken van bouwplanningen - Verantwoordelijk voor een soepele inkoop - Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van duidelijke werkdocumenten - Proactief afstemming zoeken met alle betrokkenen van het project, zowel intern als extern - Van A tot Z het project efficient in goede banen leiden - Meedenken over slimmere en efficiëntere bouwp...
