Als senior werkvoorbereider civiele betonbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en coördinatie van grootschalige civiele projecten, zoals dijkversterkingen, infrastructuurprojecten en energievoorzieningen. Je werkt aan één omvangrijk project tegelijk, waarbij je zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines. Je toetst en verbetert ontwerpen, coördineert de inkoop van materialen en diensten, stelt integrale planningen op en bewaakt het budget. Daarnaast begeleid je minder ervaren collega's en denk je actief mee over procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering binnen projecten. Je krijgt de ruimte om je rol zelf vorm te geven en te groeien richting bijvoorbeeld projectcoördinatie of advisering. Flexibiliteit in werktijden en deels thuiswerken behoren tot de mogelijkheden. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om overzicht te houden. - Proactieve en samenwerkingsgerichte instelling. - Ruime ervaring als werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur met integrale infraprojecten. - Afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding in civiele techniek of grond-, weg- en waterbouw. - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en het vermogen om kennis te delen met collega's. - Affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering.
