Dit kan, want bij Nico de Bont zoeken we een senior werkvoorbereider die zijn stempel wil drukken op ons meest prestigieuze project: de renovatie van de Tweede Kamer in het historische Binnenhof. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt, van de eerste opname tot de laatste afwerking. Je controleert technische tekeningen, stelt gedetailleerde planningen op en zorgt dat alle materialen op tijd en binnen budget beschikbaar zijn. Je onderhandelt met leveranciers en waarborgt vakmanschap, authenticiteit en veiligheid. Dagelijks coördineer je de bouwactiviteiten, bewaak je de voortgang en los je knelpunten op. Je deelt je technische expertise in vergaderingen en zorgt dat het project op schema en binnen budget blijft.
