Als Senior Werkvoorbereider GWW ben je de spil in de voorbereiding en coördinatie van onze (grootschalige) projecten. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor: - Het opstellen en bewaken van gedetailleerde werkplannen, begrotingen en planningen. - Het maken en controleren van complexe technische tekeningen en calculaties. - Het aanvragen en beheren van benodigde vergunningen en het coördineren van alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden. - Het onderhouden van intensief contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere stakeholders. - Het waarborgen van de kwaliteit, voortgang en budget van projecten. - Het signaleren van risico's en het ontwikkelen van effectieve mitigatiestrategieën. - Het begeleiden en coachen van junior en medior werkvoorbereiders. - Het bijdragen aan de verbetering van werkprocessen en het implementeren van innovaties. Wat is je achtergrond? We zoeken iemand met de volgende achtergrond: - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Civiele Techniek, Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding. - Je hebt minimaal 5-7 jaar relevante werkervaring in de GWW-sector. - Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van relevante software zoals AutoCAD, MS Project en Microsoft Office. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het opstellen van werkplannen, calculaties en planningen voor grootschalige projecten. - Je bent goed bekend met de wet- en regelgeving binnen de GWW-sector. - Je hebt een bewezen track record in projectmanagement en teambegeleiding. - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
