Als Senior Werkvoorbereider Maintenance ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, coördineren en organiseren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan diverse technische installaties op projectlocaties in Rotterdam en Leiden. Je stelt werkplannen en werkinstructies op voor monteurs, stuurt onderaannemers aan, regelt vergunningen en bewaakt de voortgang van projecten en financiën. Je registreert storingsmeldingen, coördineert de inzet van monteurs en werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers om preventief onderhoud uit te voeren. Daarnaast bestel je materialen, ondersteun je bij het oplossen van technische vraagstukken en geef je advies bij uitbesteding van werkzaamheden. Je werkt vanuit een moderne kantoorlocatie en bezoekt regelmatig de projectlocaties. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Goede digitale vaardigheden en snel in staat om nieuwe systemen eigen te maken. - Procesmatig en gestructureerd kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende projecten. - Flexibel en stressbestendig bij onverwachte werkzaamheden. - Affiniteit met nieuwe technische ontwikkelingen. - Afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding in installatietechniek, elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde, of een hbo-opleiding in (technische) bedrijfskunde met relevante technische werkervaring. - Aantoonbare ervaring in een coördinerende functie binnen een technisch complexe omgeving. - Initiatiefrijk, verantwoordelijk en in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
