Functie inhoud Binnen de rol van Senior Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw werk je mee aan vooruitstrevende en unieke projecten binnen de complexe, utilitaire binnenstedelijke bouw. Je speelt een centrale rol in de organisatie en voorbereiding van een efficiënte bouwplaatsinrichting en zorgt voor een soepel en zorgvuldig inkooptraject. Daarbij bewaak je dat materialen tijdig, compleet en in de juiste kwaliteit worden geleverd. Je bent betrokken bij alle fasen van het project, van voorfase en uitvoering tot en met de afbouw, en houdt gedurende het hele proces de voortgang scherp in de gaten. Door continu te analyseren en te evalueren draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van processen en het nog succesvoller realiseren van toekomstige projecten. Functie eisen Als Senior Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw verwachten wij - Tenminste een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van bouw en techniek; - 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Affiniteit met BIM en Lean bouwen; - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op minimaal B2 niveau; - In bezit van geldig VCA certificaat; - PBM worden door de opdrachtgever te beschikking gesteld voor een veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden; - Kennis van bouwprocessen en -methodieken, bouwvoorschriften en bouwstoffen.
