In deze veelzijdige rol bij een specialistisch adviesburea combineer je werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding en technische coördinatie binnen uitdagende civieltechnische projecten. Organisatie Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerd ingenieurs- en adviesbureau dat werkt aan uiteenlopende civieltechnische en infrastructurele projecten. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een open, informele cultuur waarin collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan en kennis graag met elkaar delen. Hier ben je geen nummer. Er wordt gekeken naar waar jouw kracht ligt, welke projecten bij jou passen en waar jij energie van krijgt. Regelmatig worden er activiteiten georganiseerd en de onderlinge betrokkenheid is groot. Functie Als Senior Werkvoorbereider / Projectleider begeleid je integrale projecten van het eerste ontwerp tot en met de uitvoering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen projecten en zorgt ervoor dat iedere fase soepel verloopt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Begeleiden van projecten vanaf voorontwerp tot uitvoering - Coördineren van integrale civieltechnische vraagstukken - Aansturen en begeleiden van tekenaars, ontwerpers en werkvoorbereiders - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en voortgang - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, stakeholders en projectteams - Signaleren van kansen, risico's en verbetermogelijkheden - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd - Deelnemen aan het tweewekelijkse werkveldoverleg waarin projecten, ontwikkelingen en kennisdeling centraal staan Je beheert gemiddeld vier projecten tegelijk en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid binnen jouw werkgebied.
