Fixxed is hét onderhoudslabel van BanBouw en inmiddels een begrip in de regio. Bij Fixxed zijn ze gespecialiseerd in reparatie- en planmatig onderhoud, renovaties, verbouwingen en restyling van vastgoed zoals woon- en zorgcomplexen, onderwijsgebouwen, commercieel vastgoed en nog veel meer. Dit alles doen ze in nauwe samenwerking met hun opdrachtgevers en partners. Om het team binnen de kleinere renovatie- en verbouwprojecten compleet te maken zijn zij opzoek naar een ambitieuze en gedreven senior Werkvoorbereider.

- Je beschikt over een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding en hebt uitgebreide ervaring opgedaan in de werkvoorbereiding binnen de bouw- of onderhoudssector. Je beschikt daarbij over een uitgebreid bouwkundig- en technisch inzicht en kennis van materialen;

- Jij weet de werkzaamheden altijd tijdig en juist te plannen en te organiseren en behoudt daarbij het algehele overzicht van lopende opdrachten. Eventuele moeilijkheden of problemen weet jij tijdig te ondervangen door waar nodig bij te sturen of een passende oplossing in te zetten;

- Je hebt affiniteit met het werken in digitale processen en systemen en houdt van een grote diversiteit aan projecten;

- Je voelt je helemaal thuis in een hecht en betrokken familiebedrijf en kunt makkelijk communiceren en levelen met alle betrokkenen, zowel intern als extern. Met jouw positieve en motiverende karakter weet jij de klus tezamen met jouw collega’s telkens tot een succes te volbrengen;

- Met jouw commerciële – en financiële bewustzijn weet jij kansen en uitdagingen te herkennen binnen de dagelijkse procesgang en dienstverlening van de service- en onderhoudstak. Je neemt daarbij het initiatief om tezamen met collega’s dagelijks te zoeken naar effectieve en efficiënte ideeën om hierop in te spelen;

- Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
