Vanuit Hardinxveld-Giessendam ontwikkelen en bouwen we met ruim 100 collega's en vaste partners aan kwalitatieve woningen in de regio. Door onze groei zijn we op zoek naar twee nieuwe collega's die een belangrijke bijdrage willen leveren aan onze projecten: Senior Werkvoorbereider (32-40 uur) Ben jij sterk in plannen, organiseren en het bewaken van overzicht? Als Senior Werkvoorbereider ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen kantoor en bouwplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat tekeningen, planningen, inkoop en uitvoering perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen onze bouwteams buiten efficiënt en veilig aan de slag. In deze rol neem je een kartrekkerspositie binnen het projectteam in. Je begeleidt collega's, bewaakt de voortgang en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Met jouw ervaring zorg je ervoor dat onze woningbouwprojecten volgens planning, binnen budget en met de hoogste kwaliteit worden gerealiseerd. Wij zoeken een ervaren professional met minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in de woningbouw, die energie krijgt van verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en het realiseren van mooie projecten. Technisch Projectcoördinator (32-40 uur) Ben jij bouwtechnisch sterk en krijg je energie van het voorbereiden en coördineren van complexe projecten? Als Technisch Projectcoördinator speel je een sleutelrol in de technische planvoorbereiding van onze nieuwbouwprojecten. Je adviseert projectontwikkelaars over technische en financiële haalbaarheid, maakt de vertaalslag van ontwerp naar uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat projecten bouwklaar worden opgeleverd aan het uitvoeringsteam.
