Jij speelt een cruciale rol in het succesvol realiseren van duurzame oplossingen. Of het nu gaat om dijkversterkingen, energietransitieprojecten of nieuwe wegenknooppunten, jouw expertise zorgt voor een sterke voorbereiding en integrale afstemming binnen het projectteam. Je beoordeelt ontwerpen, optimaliseert bouwmethoden, begeleidt collega's en denkt mee over procesinnovatie. Daarnaast bepaal je zelf waar je focus ligt, waardoor je werk aansluit op jouw ambities en vaardigheden. Kortom, een dynamische rol waarin je jouw kennis en ervaring volledig kunt benutten en verder kunt laten groeien. Functie-eisen Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze uitdagende functie, zoeken wij een gedreven professional met: - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische richting zoals Civiele Techniek. - Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in werkvoorbereiding binnen infrastructuur of bouwprojecten. - Een goede beheersing van Nederlandse taal en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden. - Kennis van procesbeheersing, budgetbewaking en integrale planningsprocessen. - Een oplossingsgerichte instelling en affiniteit met het werken aan complexe projecten.
