Als Senior Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch en financieel goed worden voorbereid, zodat de uitvoering soepel kan verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en de tekenkamer om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Je bent betrokken vanaf de tenderfase tot en met de oplevering, waarbij je continu bewaakt dat het project binnen planning en budget blijft. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Uitwerken van bestekken en technische specificaties voor woningbouwprojecten; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde calculaties en begrotingen; - Maken van werk- en faseplanningen in overleg met de uitvoering; - Aanvragen van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Beoordelen van inschrijvingen en voeren van contractonderhandelingen; - Verzorgen van de technische inkoop en bewaken van de budgetten; - Coördineren van de engineering en samenwerken met de tekenkamer; - Adviseren over bouwmethoden en materiaalgebruik; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid in de voorbereiding.

Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over procesoptimalisatie en innovatie binnen de werkvoorbereiding. Het bedrijf stimuleert doorgroei, dus als je ambities hebt om door te groeien naar een rol als hoofdwerkvoorbereider of projectleider, dan worden die mogelijkheden actief ondersteund.
