Functieomschrijving Als Senior Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch en financieel goed worden voorbereid, zodat de uitvoering soepel kan verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en de tekenkamer om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Je bent betrokken vanaf de tenderfase tot en met de oplevering, waarbij je continu bewaakt dat het project binnen planning en budget blijft. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over procesoptimalisatie en innovatie binnen de werkvoorbereiding.
