Heb jij ervaring met zowel grondgebonden woningbouw als gestapelde woningbouwprojecten? Dan is dit een passende opdracht voor jou. Voor diverse woningbouwprojecten zoeken wij een zelfstandige en ervaren werkvoorbereider die verantwoordelijk is voor de volledige voorbereiding en coördinatie van het bouwproces. De functie is in te vullen als ZZP werkvoorbereider woningbouw of via detachering. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als senior werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding van woningbouwprojecten. Jij zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen binnen het bouwproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen en werkvoorbereidingsschema's - Coördineren van engineering, BIM en tekenwerk - Afstemmen van vergunningen en voorbereidingsprocessen - Aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers - Bewaken van materiaalstromen en inkoopprocessen - Controleren van bouwtekeningen en signaleren van knelpunten - Schakelen met opdrachtgevers, uitvoering, leveranciers en partners - Rapporteren over voortgang, kosten, kwaliteit en planning - Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie binnen projectteams Woningbouwprojecten in de Randstad Je gaat aan de slag binnen diverse woningbouwprojecten in de Randstad, zowel grondgebonden als gestapelde bouw. Projecten waarin jouw ervaring als senior werkvoorbereider direct bijdraagt aan een efficiënte en succesvolle realisatie.
