Deine Aufgaben

* Server- und Verzeichnisdienste: Sie gewährleisten den stabilen Betrieb unserer Windows-Server-Landschaft und sind für die Administration sowie Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Verzeichnisdienste (Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien) verantwortlich.

* Identity & Security Management: Sie sorgen für die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben und betreuen die Microsoft-Zertifikatsdienste (PKI).

* Collaboration & File Services: Sie administrieren unsere Fileserver-Infrastruktur und stellen den reibungslosen Betrieb der SharePoint-Umgebung sicher.

* Netzwerkdienste: Sie übernehmen die Verwaltung, Wartung und Optimierung der DHCP- und DNS-Services.

* Cloud Services: Sie unterstützen den Ausbau unserer Azure-Plattform und begleiten deren nachhaltige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung.

* Infrastrukturprojekte: Sie wirken aktiv an IT-Projekten mit und treiben die Modernisierung und Optimierung der Systemlandschaft voran.

* Monitoring & Support: Sie überwachen die Systemumgebung, analysieren und beheben komplexe Störungen und sorgen für eine aktuelle und vollständige technische Dokumentation.

Anforderungen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. HTL, FH, Universität, Lehre oder einschlägige Zertifizierungen)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration und Betreuung mehrerer Active-Directory-Umgebungen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Azure sowie Microsoft 365 (Office 365)

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS SQL Server sowie Backup-Lösungen (z. B. Commvault oder VEEAM) sind von Vorteil

* Grundlegendes Know-how im Bereich Virtualisierung, insbesondere mit VMware, wünschenswert

* Deutschkenntnisse Level C und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz

* Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Gehaltsspanne

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt 50.000 € brutto pro Jahr. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überbezahlung möglich.
