Reizigers uit alle continenten bezoeken onze elektronica winkels, ieder met een eigen vraag en behoefte. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, ziet wat er moet gebeuren en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse winkeloperatie soepel en professioneel verloopt. Als Senior Winkelmedewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het team. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Winkelmedewerker begrijp jij de winkelvloer als geen ander. Je combineert verkoop met aansturing en zorgt dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden, zelfs wanneer ze haast hebben richting hun boarding time. - Je helpt klanten met het kiezen van elektronica, gadgets en reisaccessoires. - Je ondersteunt collega's, geeft aanwijzingen en pakt zaken direct op. - Je houdt overzicht: voorraad, acties, winkelpresentatie en dagelijkse operatie. - Je werkt nauw samen met de storemanager om de winkel optimaal te laten draaien. - Je zorgt dat de winkel altijd netjes, overzichtelijk en klaar is voor internationale reizigers. Wij bieden jou - Salaris tussen €2.475 en €2.700 per maand op basis van 38 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Onregelmatigheidstoeslagen: +50% voor vroege ochtend (voor 07.00 uur), +33,3% voor avond (18.00-21.00 uur), +50% voor late avond (na 21.00 uur), +50% tot +100% op zaterdag en +100% op zon- en feestdagen; - Mogelijkheid om maandelijkse commissie te verdienen; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per km (max. 75 km enkele reis); - 24 vakantiedagen per jaar bij fulltime dienstverband; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw waarbij de werkgever ongeveer twee derde van de premie betaalt; - Tot 20% personeelskorting bij winkels op Schiphol zoals Rituals, AKO en La Place; - Jaarlijks toegang tot de personeelsverkoop met extra korting op producten uit onze winkels; - Trainingen en ...
