Je bouwt actief aan de reputatie van onze organisatie en weet complexe vraagstukken begrijpelijk en overtuigend over te brengen. Je onderhoudt relaties met journalisten, redacties en andere relevante stakeholders en ziet kansen om maatschappelijke thema's op de agenda te zetten. Je denkt verder dan woordvoering alleen. Je hebt een duidelijke visie op hoe een zorgverzekeraar zich op een authentieke en geloofwaardige manier kan profileren in de media. Je komt met vernieuwende ideeën om samen met media aandacht te creëren voor oplossingen die bijdragen aan het toegankelijk en betaalbaar houden van de zorg. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen, adviseert bestuurders en vertaalt maatschappelijke discussies naar heldere communicatie. Wat breng je mee? Je bent nieuwsgierig, strategisch en maatschappelijk betrokken. Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de zorg op de voet en begrijpt de belangen van verzekerden, zorgverleners, politiek en samenleving. Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en voelt feilloos aan wat er speelt in de buitenwereld. Daarnaast ben je: - Strategisch sterk én praktisch ingesteld. een afgeronde academische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in communicatie, bestuurskunde of een vergelijkbare richting; - minimaal 7 jaar ervaring als woordvoerder binnen een complexe maatschappelijke, bestuurlijke of politieke omgeving; - aantoonbare kennis van de gezondheidszorg en het politieke speelveld waarin zorgverzekeraars opereren; - een sterk gevoel voor media, reputatiemanagement en maatschappelijke positionering en ruime ervaring met crisiscommunicatie; - ervaring met traditionele en sociale media; - een uitgebreid netwerk binnen de media en de zorgsector - uitstekende adviesvaardigheden e...
