* Architektur, Design und Weiterentwicklung moderner digitaler Arbeitsplätze (physisch & virtuell) * Verantwortung für Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) inkl. Intune, Workspace ONE und weiteren Plattformen * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von physischen Clients (Notebooks, Desktops, Mobile Devices) inkl. Hardware-Lifecycle, Treiber- und Firmware-Management * Betreuung und Optimierung virtueller Client-Plattformen (z. B. Citrix, VDI, Terminal-Services) * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungs- und Standardisierungskonzepten für den gesamten Workplace-Bereich * Entwicklung und Pflege von Zero-Touch-Deployment-Prozessen, automatisierten Provisioning-Workflows und standardisierten Konfigurationsmodellen * Betrieb, Pflege und Optimierung von Client-Konfigurationen, Policies, Compliance-Regeln und Automatisierungen * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Standards, Richtlinien und Dokumentationen * Planung und Umsetzung von Workplace-Projekten (Rollouts, Migrationen, Modernisierungen) * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Security zur Umsetzung sicherer Workplace-Architekturen * Unterstützung bei Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management * Analyse komplexer technischer Herausforderungen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen * Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von M365-Services, Endpoint-Security und Plattformdiensten * Beratung und Unterstützung von Fachbereichen bei Workplace-Anforderungen * Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Sicherheit und Benutzerfreundlichkeit der digitalen Arbeitsumgebung

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Modern Workplace, Client-Architektur oder UEM * Fundiertes technisches Wissen über Intune, Workspace ONE, Windows-Clientarchitektur, Policies, Automatisierung und Plattformdienste * Erfahrung in der Architektur und dem Design moderner Arbeitsplätze (physisch & virtuell) * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in UEM-Konzepten, Zero-Touch-Deployment, Compliance-Konfigurationen und Endpoint-Security * Hardware-Know-how (Client-Hardware, Peripherie, Treiber, Firmware, Lifecycle-Management) * Erfahrung mit virtuellen Client-Plattformen (z. B. Citrix, VDI, Terminal-Services) * Erfahrung in Automatisierung (z. B. PowerShell, Skripting, UEM-Automatisierung, Deployment-Pipelines) * Erfahrung in Standardisierung von Workplace-Umgebungen und Konfigurationsmodellen * ITIL Foundation oder höher * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (klassisch oder agil) º Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit * Hands-on Mentalität und Freude an technischer Tiefe * Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Qualitätsbewusstsein
