De baan Bij Optisport zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren (Senior) Zweminstructeur die een hoofdrol wil spelen in ons bruisende zwembadteam. Als Senior Zweminstructeur ben jij niet alleen de expert in het geven van zwemlessen aan kinderen volgens onze unieke zwemlesmethode, maar ook de creatieve organisator achter spetterende zwemactiviteiten voor allerlei andere doelgroepen.

In deze veelzijdige rol ben je niet zomaar een zweminstructeur; je bent een mentor, een inspirator, en een warm welkom voor iedereen die ons zwembad binnenstapt. Jouw passie voor zwemmen en ervaring brengen niet alleen de kinderen, maar ook volwassenen en senioren op een veilige manier in beweging.

Samen met ons dynamische team denk je actief mee en speel je een belangrijke rol in de coördinatie en de verbetering van onze zwemactiviteiten. Je deelt je kennis en ervaring met enthousiasme, ook met de stagiaires en opleidingskandidaten die je eventueel begeleid.

Uiteraard behoren toezicht houden en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden ook tot jouw taken, maar de nadruk ligt op het organiseren en verzorgen van zwemactiviteiten voor alle doelgroepen in alle leeftijden.

Ons aanbod

- Bruto maandloon tussen de €2.529,89 en €3.083,00 (o.b.v. 38 uur & afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring) conform de zwembaden cao;

- Je kunt jezelf ontwikkelen binnen en buiten je vakgebied via de Optisport Academy. Denk hierbij o.a. aan zwemopleidingen, diverse kwartaal- en gastgerichtheidstrainingen;
