Als Senior Omgevingsplan Jurist geef je planologisch en juridisch advies, begeleid je ruimtelijke initiatieven en adviseer je bestuur en management over complexe vraagstukken binnen het omgevingsrecht. Samen met collega's werk je aan de leefomgeving van de toekomst. We kijken uit naar je sollicitatie! In de rol van seniorjurist ruimtelijke ontwikkeling ben jij de juridische spil binnen het ruimtelijk domein. Je begeleidt ruimtelijke initiatieven van planvorming tot en met de benodigde ruimtelijke procedures, zoals principeverzoeken, omgevingsvergunningen en wijzigingen van het omgevingsplan. Daarnaast adviseer je over bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures en vertegenwoordig je de gemeente bij juridische trajecten. Je: - Geeft strategisch en inhoudelijk advies aan bestuur en management over complexe ruimtelijke en milieujuridische vraagstukken; - Coacht en begeleidt junior juristen en andere collega's binnen het team; - Neemt de lead in complexe juridische dossiers en bewaakt risico's en kansen; - Initieert, coördineert en begeleidt juridische trajecten binnen grote projecten; - Vertegenwoordigt de gemeente bij externe overleggen, bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures; - Draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van beleid en processen; - Zorgt voor een effectieve samenwerking tussen juridische, beleidsmatige en operationele teams; - Volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het omgevingsrecht en vertaalt deze naar kansen voor de gemeente.
