Das Personalmanagement-Team umfasst 17 engagierte Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Administration, Recht, Personalentwicklung und Personalverrechnung und arbeitet in einem kollegialen Umfeld mit starkem Wir-Gefühl eng zusammen. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselrolle bist du direkt der Personalleitung unterstellt und bringst dein Know-how aktiv in die operative Abrechnung ein. Als erfahrene Expert:in treibst du die Änderungen und Optimierungen im Lohnverrechnungsprogramm voran, bist zentrale Rolle in der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten und IT-Projekten mit Auswirkungen auf die Personalverrechnung, stehst dem Team und unseren Mitarbeitenden als erfahrene Expert*in in fachliche Fragen rund um den gesamten Payroll Prozess zur Verfügung und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, die fachliche Verantwortung für die korrekte und vollständige Gehaltsabrechnung unserer Mitarbeitenden zu übernehmen.

In Orientierung an den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes verbindet die Personalabteilung ... 1 Senoir Payroll specialist (w/m/d) - Sage DPW WAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN? * Expertin oder Experte für Personalverrechnung mit strategischem Weitblick und Fokus auf softwaregestützte Prozesse (SAGE DPW). * Ansprechperson innerhalb des Teams für fachliche Fragen zu firmenspezifischen Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftsprozessen (SAGE DPW). * Eigenverantwortliche Abrechnung definierter Firmenkreise bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, fehlerfreien Lohn- und Gehaltsprozesses mit spürbarer Wirkung im Arbeitsalltag. * Beratung mit Kompetenz: Vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson innerhalb des Unternehmens in allen lohnsteuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen - auch bei komplexen Fällen. * Aktives Monitoring gesetzlicher Änderungen, Ableitung klarer Maßnahmen sowie professionelle Begleitung von Prüfungen und Audits inklusive Kommunikation mit Behörden. * Innovation mit Wirkung: Optimierung von Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftsprozessen, Vorantreiben von Digitalisierung und Automatisierung sowie aktive Mitgestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen und Systemweiterentwicklungen.

WAS BRINGST DU MIT? * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung & Personalverrechnungsprüfung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, idealerweise in einem Konzernumfeld * ausgezeichnete SAGE DPW-Kenntnisse, hohe IT-Affinität & sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch * Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke & Teamfähigkeit * Analytisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
