Jij brengt techniek, content en automatisering samen Je begint niet blanco. Er ligt een technische audit van onze eigen site met een lijst concrete fixes, er staan tien jaar blogs, kennisbank en casussen die nog niet perfect scoren, onze content draait al. Wat ontbreekt is iemand die er richting en structuur in brengt. Eerst ons eigen huis. Koppenstructuur, schema, laadtijd, interne links, indexatie, backlinking van kennisplatforms, meer awards of andere ideeen om onze backlink autohoriteit op te bouwen. Het fundament moet kloppen voordat content iets oplevert. Daarna bouw je aan onze positie op recruitment marketing en employer branding, met complete topic clusters die op elkaar aansluiten. Daarnaast werk je aan onze klanten. Wij bouwen werken-bij websites die er goed uitzien en converteren, maar die organisch onderhouden moeten worden. Daar ga jij aan werken. Vacaturepagina's die ranken op functie en regio, markup die klopt, zichtbaarheid in Google for Jobs. En je denkt mee over hoe we dit als vaste dienst gaan aanbieden, want dat is de volgende stap. AI is bij ons geen bijzaak. Wij bouwen workflows in n8n die van opname tot voorstel lopen, en jij bouwt daar de SEO-kant bij.
