Zuidbroek Zelfstandig Service- en reparatie monteur Als zelfstandig service- en reparatie monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de service en de reparatie van diverse installaties. Je werkt zelfstandig of in samenwerking met andere monteurs om deze, installaties te repareren en storingen op te lossen. Je draagt bij aan het wooncomfort en de veiligheid van bewoners door storingen snel op te lossen en preventief onderhoud uit te voeren. De werkzaamheden zijn heel divers en afwisselend. Wat ga je doen? •Reparaties in en om woningen uitvoeren. Bijv. kleine elektra storingen, een lekkende kraan en alle overige voorkomende technische problemen. •Klanten adviseren over het onderhoud en gebruik van installaties. •Samenwerken met collega's om projecten tot een succes te maken. •Meedraaien in de storingsdienst. •Zorgen voor een hoge klanttevredenheid en een boegbeeld vormen voor de service afdeling. •Zorgen voor een correcte administratie van werkzaamheden en urenregistratie. Wie ben jij? •Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als service- en reparatie monteur in woningen. •Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met de installatietechniek en elektrotechniek. •Je kan zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht werken. •Je hebt een klantgerichte en professionele houding. •Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
