Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom voelen, dat technische vragen helder worden vertaald en dat de werkplaats precies weet wat er nodig is. Deze functie is een parttime rol voor 4 dagen per week (32-36 uur), waarbij jouw ontwikkeling en werkplezier centraal staan. Jij zorgt voor: - Een vriendelijke en professionele ontvangst van klanten - Het vertalen van klantwensen naar duidelijke werkopdrachten - Afstemming met de werkplaats en bewaken van de planning - Het toelichten van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden aan de klant - Een correcte administratieve afhandeling - Een positieve klantbeleving van begin tot eind Dit ben jij Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en houdt van een afwisselende functie waarbij schakelen en service centraal staan.
