Als Service Adviseur bij Louwman BYD Amsterdam ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten en de werkplaats. Met jouw automotive kennis, organisatietalent en heldere communicatie zorg je ervoor dat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn en hun auto in goede handen is. Je werkt met de elektrische en plug-in hybride modellen van BYD en hebt voornamelijk telefonisch en online contact met klanten. Je plant afspraken, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je jouw ervaring in de aftersales combineert met persoonlijk contact en een flinke dosis verantwoordelijkheid. Wat ga je doen? Je hebt ervaring binnen de automotive aftersales en weet wat er komt kijken bij het plannen en organiseren van werkplaatsafspraken. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt van overzicht en vindt het belangrijk dat klanten goed worden geholpen. Verder: - Heb je ervaring in een aftersalesomgeving binnen de automotive. - Ben je administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en digitaal vaardig. - Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met CarIT en PlanIT, of vergelijkbare systemen. - Beheers je de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en kun je je goed redden in het Engels. - Communiceer je klantgericht, duidelijk en vriendelijk. - Denk je in oplossingen en houd je ook bij drukte het overzicht. - Vind je het prettig om voornamelijk telefonisch en online contact met klanten te hebben. - Werk je graag samen en pak je gemakkelijk de telefoon op.
