Zoek jij een zelfstandige rol waarin jouw servicegerichte instelling écht het verschil maakt? Als parttime adviseur op onze locatie in Sloterdijk ben jij de spil tussen onze werkplaats en de klant. Met een goed salaris en een hecht team op zak, zorg jij ervoor dat elke e-bikereparatie vlekkeloos verloopt. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt! Je ontvangt klanten met een kapotte of haperende e-bike en helpt ze met een glimlach verder. Op basis van de analyse van de monteur praat je de klant bij over de benodigde reparaties, de kosten en de planning. Je koppelt binnenkomende fietsonderdelen direct aan de juiste klus, zodat de planning van het team vlijmscherp blijft. Stress bestendigheid en communicatiekracht zitten in jouw DNA. Zelfs als er tien reparaties tegelijk lopen, bewaar jij de rust. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen het technische handelen van de monteur en de verwachtingen van de klant.
