Voor een groeiend technisch en gespecialiseerd familiebedrijf in Waddinxveen zijn wij op zoek naar een Service Adviseur. Deze betrouwbare en innovatieve organisatie heeft meerdere vestigingen en telt inmiddels meer dan 80 medewerkers. Ondanks de sterke groei van de afgelopen jaren is de familiaire sfeer altijd behouden gebleven. De lijnen zijn kort, collega's kennen elkaar goed en het personeelsverloop is laag. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is en waar eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in onderhoud, reparaties en service aan bedrijfswagens. Vanuit een moderne werkomgeving zorg jij als Service Adviseur voor een optimale dienstverlening richting klanten en ben je de belangrijke schakel tussen klant en werkplaats. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo interessant. Wat ga je doen? - Klanten ontvangen en telefonisch te woord staan; - Werkzaamheden plannen en offertes opstellen; - Klanten informeren over de voortgang, meerwerk en kosten; - Werkopdrachten voorbereiden en afstemmen met de werkplaats; - Reparatiegoedkeuringen aanvragen; - Facturen verwerken voor werkorders en verhuur; - Vervangend vervoer organiseren en beheren. Wat heb je nodig? Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, helder communiceert en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen klant en werkplaats. Daarnaast beschik je over: - MBO 4 diploma, bij voorkeur richting techniek of automotive; - 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen een service-, planning- of werkplaatsfunctie; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
