Voor onze klant regio Moeskroen zijn wij op zoek naar een service adviseur.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Binnen deze functie zal je volgende taken op jou nemen:

  • Klantbehoeften en wensen in kaart brengen en vertalen naar concrete offertes.
  • Duurzame klantrelaties opbouwen via persoonlijk en professioneel contact.
  • Bij elke interactie streven naar een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.
  • Werkorders efficiënt plannen en de doorlooptijden bewaken.
  • Het juiste materiaal tijdig beschikbaar stellen voor een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Alle administratieve aspecten van werkorders opvolgen.
  • Instaan voor een nauwkeurige registratie en correcte facturatie.
  • De rentabiliteit bewaken en de kosten onder controle houden.
  • Heldere interne communicatie en een goede afstemming binnen de werkplaats ondersteunen.
  • Aan de siteverantwoordelijke rapporteren over de voortgang en resultaten.
  • Een bachelor werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Autotechnologie of Automotive Management, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in een technisch-commerciële functie.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele omgang met klanten en collega’s.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Een open, servicegerichte houding en een praktische aanpak bij uitdagingen.
  • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om ook onder druk het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden, gecombineerd met administratieve nauwkeurigheid.
  • Voldoende kennis van MS Office 365 om efficiënt te werken.
