Onze serviceadviseurs aan de balie ondersteunen professionele klanten en dragen bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking, een correct voorraadbeheer en een hoog serviceniveau.

Met jouw nauwkeurige en klantgerichte aanpak ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt en bouw je duurzame relaties op met onze klanten.

Jouw taken:

  • Adviseren van professionele klanten bij het kiezen van bouwmaterialen en gereedschappen
  • Verkoop producten en benut upselling- en cross-sellingkansen
  • Zorg voor een nette en overzichtelijke winkel
  • Verwerk bestellingen en betalingen van klanten
  • Beheer de voorraad en ontvang leveringen
  • Meld klachten en stel verbeteringen voor
  • Werk samen met collega's en ondersteun hen waar nodig
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en professioneel met een vriendelijke uitstraling
  • Commercieel ingesteld en alert voor verkoopkansen
  • Nauwkeurig, ordelijk en verantwoordelijk
  • Leergierig met interesse in bouwmaterialen, gereedschappen en tegels
  • Hands-on teamspeler die initiatief neemt en processen verbetert
  • Flexibel en bereid om op zaterdagvoormiddag te werken in beurtrol
  • Relevante commerciële en administratieve ervaring
  • Goede talenkennis: vlot Nederlands, goed Frans en basis Engels
