Functie-informatie: Je zorgt ervoor dat de klant vanaf het moment van binnenkomst tot het afleveren van de auto op een uiterst klantvriendelijke en correcte wijze wordt geholpen. - Je combineert je technische kennis met een zeer klantgerichte benadering. - In deze functie ben je medebepalend voor de servicegraad van het bedrijf, de tevredenheid van de klant én dat de klant terugkomt. - Het maken van afspraken, offertes en werkorders; - Planning van het werkproces en controle houden over dit werkproces; - Uiterst vriendelijk en met veel passie contact maken en houden met de klanten aan de service balie Functie-eisen: - Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als service-adviseur of soortgelijke functie: - Jij hebt een vriendelijke en spontane uitstraling, ziet er verzorgt uit en hebt een natuurlijk overwicht; - Je hebt een commerciële instelling, kunt snel schakelen en goed onderhandelen; - Je bent slim en kan op alle niveaus communiceren; - Je kunt multitasken en hebt een goed geheugen; - Je bent stressbestendig, hebt zelfbeheersing en kan diplomatiek (ontevreden) klanten te woord staan; - Je bent PC-vaardig; - Daarnaast maakt je je nieuwe software snel eigen; - Woonachtig in of omgeving 's-Hertogenbosch.
