Als Service Adviseur Volkswagen bij Pouw Apeldoorn ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en de werkplaats. Je zorgt dat afspraken duidelijk zijn, klanten goed op de hoogte blijven en iedere werkplaatsdag soepel verloopt. Je komt terecht in een professioneel aftersalesteam waar veel gebeurt. Samen met je collega's help je klanten snel, duidelijk en persoonlijk verder. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat klanten met vertrouwen hun auto bij ons achterlaten én tevreden weer vertrekken. Dit ga je doen Je start je dag met het voorbereiden van de planning. Daarna schakel je tussen klanten, telefoontjes en collega's. Jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen weet waar hij aan toe is. Jij: - ontvangt klanten en bespreekt hun wensen; - maakt duidelijke werkopdrachten voor de werkplaats; - plant onderhoud, reparaties en aflevermomenten; - houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang; - bereidt facturen voor en licht werkzaamheden toe; - schakelt met monteurs, magazijn, verkoop en collega-serviceadviseurs; - zorgt voor rust bij de klant en overzicht in de werkplaats. Je werkt vooral voor Volkswagen, maar krijgt ook te maken met SEAT, Škoda en CUPRA. Dat zorgt voor afwisseling in klanten, modellen en werkzaamheden. Dit krijg je Passend salaris Je krijgt een aantrekkelijk bruto maandsalaris, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. Vakantietoeslag en vrije dagen Je ontvangt 8% vakantietoeslag en 24 vakantiedagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband. Ook ben je op 5 mei vrij. Reiskostenvergoeding Je krijgt een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, vanaf 10 kilometer enkele reis, met een maximum van 40 kilometer.
