Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor berijders en onze onderhouds- en schadepartners. - Beoordelen van onderhouds-, reparatie-, schade en vervangend vervoer aanvragen - Contact met leveranciers zoals dealers, schadeherstellers en bandenleveranciers - Adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten en berijders - Bewaken van planning, voortgang en kosten - Administratief verwerken van meldingen in onze systemen - Claimen van schades bij verzekeraars als onderdeel van het schadeproces - Analyseren van veelvoorkomende reparaties en schades - Signaleren van verbeterkansen in processen en dienstverlening Elke dag is anders: van technische beoordelingen tot klantadvies en afstemming met leveranciers.
